2021 was probably the best job market in the last 20 years. The dot com era job market was also not as hot. The great resignation drive only made it hotter. It will be interesting to see how 2022 job market behaves. It cant be better than the job market of 2021 because such markets happen once in a lifetime. It cant even be as good as 2021 because there is no external factor that is fueling markets. The annual results will probably drive the job market in 2022. We may see a lot of consolidation. Most companies have increased their wage costs in 2021 it will impact profits. It looks like a job market not as good as 2021.
