7 things which enabled my fitness .
1) Sleep by 9 pm wake up at 4 am
2) 2 meals a day .
3) No sugar in any form
4) RHR -40 BPM ( lot of hard work)
5) Running 5 days a week, 2 days of strength training , 1 day Rest.
6) No netflix , No Amazon Prime, No TV
7) Climbing stairs
