Most of time when we get angry we shout, fight, blame or argue. We feel we have been wrong so we should fight. This is the Fight response.
You must have noticed many walking away or staying silent. This is the Flight response. We want to run away.
But there is an amazing response to deal with anger through asking for help. This is after we acknowledge & recognise our anger. It is very tough to do. It requires compassion towards self. This can help resolve any anger issues.
Those who have mastered anger may not do any of the above In-fact they may never get angry. But they will pretend to be angry. This is the most amazing space to be. You show your anger only when it needs to be shown & it does not impact you but it leaves the desired impact on others.
The best way to test which level you are at is to be with people who make you angry. You will quickly know which level you are at.
