Back to Back (B2B) Meetings is what many of us are stuck in.
One of the qualities for a person to be successful is not to be caught up in B2B meetings.
In fact a billionaire who was recently interviewed said the secret of his success is having free time everyday.
Greed makes us do B2B meetings because we want to achieve more out of life. Quality is more important than Quantity.
The simple way out is BE2BE Meetings.
BE to BE.
Just BEing free is important to BE.
The simple way is to have breaks between meetings of at least 30 mins so you can breathe and reflect on your life and just BE. 60 mins would be ideal but is very difficult to do.
