Exercise improves brain function & intelligence. Any form of exercise is beneficial. Meditation also improves intelligence. Sleep helps the brain recover so it can learn better & faster.
Training the brain through mind games like puzzles can also help improve intelligence. Learning music or learning to play a new musical instrument can help improve intelligence. Eating healthy & the right foods can also help improve intelligence.
Reading, writing & studying are simple ways to improve intelligence. As we use the mind more it improves. All of these require reflection which uses the mind more.
Learning & Application of knowledge not only helps acquire a skill but helps improve intelligence. This to me is the most important.
When you stop learning and acquiring new skills the intelligence starts to go away.
