25 yrs ago I used to write between 11-1 am my work was average. I was not able to make that impact.
Now my best work happens between 3-5 am. Just few hours makes a world of difference. Probably the reason is that between 11-1 am we are sleepy and between 3-5 am we have just woken up from deep sleep (Assuming you were sleeping before). You are in a deep subconscious state which is highly spiritual.
Now many would argue how can time of the day determine the quality of the work.
There is a deep connection between spirituality & creativity. One can lead to the other. If you are highly spiritual you can become creative anytime of the day. Sadly we are most spiritual between 3-5am. After that the effect slowly wears off. If you are highly creative you can experience spirituality in that state. So really it is a chicken and egg hence the time matters.
It is possible to be in a spiritual or creative state during the day but it will require thousands of hours of practice to get into that state at will. The time of the day can be a good shortcut though it may seem hard to many.
A creative state can be achieved when you are completely in touch with yourself which means you are mindful in the moment to create.
Focus is extremely high in a spiritual state as well. You can go beyond time, matter & distance boundaries.
Are you creative or spiritual or both?
What about you?
