B _ Western donor banks provide mostly GRANTS/gifts/presents to Governments and don't roll out LOANS with 2-7% interest.
C _ The Western Donor Banks waste the TAXPAYER's money. However, they're happy to induce a little of the fun back in their accounts in USA or UK.
D _ The corrupt foreign governmental official invest the chopped BRIBES in USA and UK. The USA and UK banks are happy to receive this "working capital" in Billions of USD out of the annual Trillion USD-construction business.
E _ it's time that 85% of the planet Population stands up and fights against the corrupt and parasitic system of the abettors to support illegal earnings. Chinese used an endeavour culprit*s neck - in old days-.
