Most entrepreneurs don't have a fixed salary, in-fact in the first few years most entrepreneurs make no money, many lose money too. Employees on the other hand get a fixed salary every month.
An entrepreneur has to earn for all employees but an employee has to earn only for himself/herself.
Employees have fixed working hours, have holidays and take leave. An entrepreneur has neither of these, infact most entrepreneurs work 7 days a week. Also entrepreneurs work longer hours.
Finally if you don't like your job you can change it.
An entrepreneur cant quit his/her business easily or cant change area of work easily.
Interestingly there will still be people who choose to become entrepreneurs not because the journey is difficult but because it can make a difference to the world.
