Performance appraisals are subjective.
They are perceptions of performance.
I once got an amazing performance rating I could not believe it. The same amount of effort & performance never got me an amazing rating before.
I realized beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
I once got a not so good appraisal rating.
I tried to understand why & realized that I had to change myself & adapt.
