Sensation comes from our senses of touch, sight, smell, hearing, taste. Perception is what you focus on. It is the choice you make to choose among millions of sensations. Most of the time we focus on discomfort
Feelings are about emotions, both negative & positive.
Positive emotions are joy, gratitude, hope & inspiration, interest, amusement, excitement, pride, serenity, love, awe.
Negative emotions are Fear, Anger, Anxiety, Failure, Sadness, Guilt, Insecurity, Low self confidence, Self Doubt. I focused a lot on negative emotions.
Thoughts are both spontaneous (random) & deliberate. Now random thoughts may not be in our control, but with practice we can control them. In fact bad habits really begin with a random thought which slowly becomes deliberate. I had too many random thoughts because I was not able to control my mind. Also negative thoughts was where I was stuck in.
Once I learnt how to control my mind focus became easy. Focus is probably the single most important reason for success. What you focus on will grow.
Actions & Behaviours are probably what really makes things happen. It is moving from thinking to doing. Many people including me get stuck here.
Procrastination & lazy ness is where I was stuck. Some people get stuck in thinking about obstacles.
