In all that probability YES. Being the celebrity son has many advantages, but it has its flip side as well. You have to pay the price for everything you have in life. All these years he has been enjoying the fruits of his father’s hard-earned stardom without doing anything. Possibly now he is made to pay for it, unfortunate it is. But that is the truth.
It has been reported that NCB has not recovered any drugs from the possession of Aryan Khan, while only 6 grams of charas were found in the possession of Arbaaz Merchant. So why was their custody sought?
NCB is claiming that they have found incriminating evidence in Aryan Khan’s mobile. NCB made similar claims in the case of SSR’s death as well for the arrest of Rhea Chakraborty. We have to see how strong a case NCB has against Aryan Khan. If Aryan Khan's blood test reports come positive for drug use I would not be surprised. But the allegation that he has an international link, for procuring drugs in bulk looks to be a little too much to digest.
NCB seeking his custody claimed in the court that they got incriminating evidence which points toward an international link, procuring drugs in bulk. If such be the case the prosecution has a right to seek custody in such a case. Quite fair. But in that case, NCB should have put a trap to catch him redhanded while receiving or dealing with a big consignment, not when he was in a rave party.
Aryan Khan has been charged for consumption but a medical test has not been done by NCB yet. Why? Deviating from the norms, which is generally seen when rave parties are busted, the Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) did not take blood and urine samples of the accused. At least, that's what Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde said in court. If that is the case why he is arrested and why does NCB need his custody? Meanwhile NCB experts, on the other hand, said that since the party was yet to happen and the drugs had not yet been consumed, they did not need to make the accused go through the process. I do not understand what does NCB wants or what they want to prove?
We have to thank NCB for taking so much interest in religiously investigating a case where 6 grams of charas has been allegedly recovered. We generally do not see such kinds of dedication. It's really praiseworthy the NCB runs after the individual consumers. Now I have a query if the 3000 Kg. Heroin recovered in Mundra port is distributed into consignments of 6 grams each, it will make 500000 consignments of 6-gram heroin.
Will NCB and our judicial system will be able track, investigate and try 500000 cases individually? If not why NCB is running after individual consumers rather the running after the large-scale drugs dealers? Why are they so much interested in this case? Technically speaking, there is no justification. As such it will not be surprising if Arayn Khan turns up to be a victim of political conspiracy.
