I used to struggle with managing emotions this made me get into depression. Especially when we are hurt. This impacted all my relationships. This is also called emotional intelligence. We think what we feel.
Overthinking was also the cause of most of my problems. This also led to me to be depressed. This impacts our mental health. We become what we think.
Managing actions can also be a challenge when we don't know what to do. We may end up doing the wrong things which we may regret later.
Managing our physical health is probably even more important. If your body is not in good shape we cant do anything well.
