It takes me less 5 minutes to fall asleep on most days.
I don't need to do any preparation sleep just comes when I hit the bed.
There are some days when I am worried & stressed those days I am unable to sleep.
Most of the time it is when I am fearful to lose something or something may go wrong.
Interesting after losing something I am able to sleep well. The fear is bigger than reality.
