Till the most part of my life I used to run after people.
I was always fearful they will leave me. When my worst fears came true often it would hurt me a lot.
Often people would leave me.
I slowly began to realise that I was stuck in a pattern. I ran after people, they ran away from me. And the cycle continued.
As I tried to break the pattern I found it very tough.
The fear of being alone or being hurt was tough to handle.
Slowly I started to change myself. I started to run away from people who were toxic.
Most of my problems also started to go away.
I started to do this both at work & in personal life.
Now I try to run away from negative people
Yes sometimes running away can be good as well
