The first challenge for any startup is getting Sales. Getting customers for a new business is very tough. Without paying customers there is no business.
The second challenge is paying salaries to employees. As a startup grows this challenge only grows bigger.
The third challenge is having positive cash flows. If a business is not profitable then there is no point of running it. This is one of the most important things to run a successful business.
But the most important is paying salary to yourself. Most startup founders cant do this in the early years which is probably why most startups close down.
