Many may say you are the one who is awake, some may say you are the dreamer, others may say you are the sleeper.
Many would say all of the above. Some would say none of the above.
The correct answer is the real you is not the one who does all of these but the one who witnesses all of this. You could also call this person as the observer. The one who is not engaged in any activity. It is not the person who thinks or feels but the one who is existing & witnessing everything.
The one who is caught up in actions & emotions is not the true you. The true you is not caught up in anything, it is free.
It can see you doing things.
