Sumona is a successful Television actor and is mainly famous for being an active performer in India’s hit comic show The Kapil Sharma Show.
Sumona made her bollywood debut at the age of 10 in an Aamir Khan, Manisha Koirala and Anil Kapoor starrer film Mann.
She has also done other TV shows like Bade Aache Lagte hai.
Sumona Chakravarti and Kapil Sharma were winning couple of the show “Kahani Comedy Circus Ki” and from then their pair is a history.
She first performed on stage in a 2009 musical called Da Dating Truths.
She received her primary and secondary education at a convent school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
She completed her graduation in Arts of Economics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai
She was in a relationship with a Bengali Actor named Samrat Mukherjee.
In 2005, she was the contestant of Miss Mumbai and finalist of Streax Savvy Cow Girl in 2006.
She has also done a cameo role in the movies Barfi and Kick. She was the second runner up of Times of India Mr. and Miss Perfect 2004.
She currently lives in Mumbai and owns Hyundai Creta and Ferrari.
