Happy to share my 4th anniversary as an entrepreneur with all of you. A beautiful journey that started with taking a big risk of quitting my job & picking up a fulltime consulting gig. Within 6 months I was fired from my assignment & my worst nightmare of losing my job came true. I had no clue what I would do next. It was at the same time my mom passed away. It broke my back completely. I was shattered.
I became an Engineer, interned with start-ups, invested in start-ups, became a cofounder with a start-up, started freelancing & consulting assignments, tried everything for the next 1.5 years but nothing worked. I always ran away from failure. Life made me realise that whatever you run away from will always come back to you. As Rumi said "Whatever you resist persists" & so it did for me
I slowly began to enjoy the journey, just as I was enjoying it, life decided to test me with a job offer of a CEO. I decided not to pick it up & instead setup www.multimediastudio.net
It was a tough choice but I was clear probably for the first time in my life
The journey was tough for the next year. I got frustrated because I wanted success badly, tried many things again but nothing worked.
I kept asking
"What do I want to do in my life?"
Strangely I never found answers.
That is when I asked myself the question
"What do I really love to do?"
The answer was clear
"I love to write content"
I picked my phone & started writing the contents. My life changed completely the day I started to write. I never stopped writing. I went viral & millions started to read my writing. I was making a small difference into the lives of millions. It was surreal.
I became a storyteller & our firm became a storytelling firm.
Work started to come in. Slowly Mumbai Multimedia Studio started to stand on its own feet
As things were stabilising the pandemic struck. We decided to setup an Recruiting Agency to help people who lost their jobs. I thought we should try to give back & help as many as we can. During this time a few family members passed away & made me question my life again.
I kept going - never halt at any point!
The universe again listened to us & slowly we started to make a difference. We helped thousands of people. I slowly began to coach people. I completed 15,000 hours of coaching. I became a coach
This year started with a beautiful fall & I landed up getting operated for multiple fractures on my wrist. At the same time my dad landed up in the ICU because of Covid-19. The next couple of months were tough but we survived
As I look back the single biggest learning I had is that we have to keep taking bigger risks till we fail. Failure is good & important that is what I learnt from my 15 years of failure
This beautiful journey could not have been possible without Avez Shaikh & our colleagues at Mumbai Multimedia Studio
Thankyou all for being a part of my journey of failures!
Now trying to spread my talent, honest, brilliant, variant, in the field of Political Arena to contest as one of the Successful Candidate from our Ward 220 in forthcoming Mumbai Municipal corporation Election from General Ward 220 - Nagpada - Kamathipura
happy anniversary
excellent
