I have made all these mistakes.
Whenever I moved jobs only for money I got stuck. Eventually we are hurrying fast to nowhere and become unemployable.
Whenever I moved jobs only for designation I realised only later that designations don't matter much learning does.
Whenever I moved jobs for brands the culture made the difference. Every brand has a unique work culture. Sometimes large organisations can have good work cultures but learning may be little.
Whenever I tried to run away from bad managers they came back again in other forms:)
We can't run away can we?
