I used to struggle with change & try to avoid it.
It was comfortable not to change so I felt better remaining the same. I resisted it.
This led to many problems in my life.
Then one day I decided to embrace change completely by quitting my job. The next few years were full of failures & I had to face all my fears.
But through all of this I discovered myself & started to change. I realised taking risks is a wonderful way to learn & change.
Earlier I used to try changing habits, learning from people I admired, putting myself in different situations.
