I always struggled with failure. I never wanted to face failure. I tried to avoid it & hence my growth was slow.
I also struggled with managing self & emotions.
Managing self has many parts it could be how we push ourselves, how we deal with our negative emotions.
If we change fast our life also changes fast. This is where I was stuck for many years I was unable to change fast. Taking risks is an important quality to have. I was scared to take risks.
When we think too much we are unable to live in the moment & do the right things. I was stuck in moving from thinking to doing.
