My first salary was Rs 6500 per month. I spent only Rs 2000 and rest I saved. I felt good that I could stand on my own feet.
The joy of the first salary can never be matched however much you earn. I gave my first salary savings to my mom & grand parents.
My friends were earning much more but really it never bothered me because I was happy. Strangely after working for a few years I started to compare. That is when I started to become unhappy.
