I have seen this happening that those who complain about bad managers end up becoming the same. Strange but true.
They may be resisting the bad managers but still end up becoming like them. Probably what ever we resist persists.
Another reason could be when we have the power we want to get back and trouble other people like we were troubled.
When a dad was strict with his child, the child does the same when he becomes an adult. Role modelling at play. Also there is something called the generation curse which continues. It takes a lot of effort for a person to break the curse.
Sometimes we are not self aware that we are doing exactly what we don't want others to do.
