Thousands of train tickets within the Indian Railways are RAC (reservation against cancellation). Passengers find yourself paying the complete fare for this RAC ticket, just for half a berth that's assigned to them. its an appeal to railway ministry that RAC passengers get a partial refund, ensuring fair ticketing for millions of standard railway travellers.
Thousands of train tickets all around India remain RAC (Reservation against cancellation) on a routine, and therefore the railways allots only half birth (one birth is shared between two passengers) at full fare. My question as a daily traveler is, why Railways can’t refund a minimum of 40% if not 50% of actual fare to the passengers travelling on RAC tickets with only half birth? Why the biggest asset of Indian government is so unfair with its passengers across India?
Please support my cause to lift a voice against this unfair system and daylight robbery by the ministry of railways for a really, very while now!
Share this appeal with others to ask government to purpose a change in RAC ticketing system to confirm passengers with RAC tickets get a minimum of 40% refund (if railways must deduct some charges or something like that)! it'll be beneficial for innumerable regular railway travelers like me, everywhere India! a minimum of, there'll be a good ticketing system in Indian railways...
