A few times when I resigned, my current organisations tried to retain me by offering the same role/money which I was getting outside.

I never stayed back because I was clear about the reason I resigned. But I see a lot of people staying back.

Many people are not able to decide, many start to think about the unknown & have second thoughts.

I feel if you have taken the decision you should move on. If you do not this means your earlier decision was incorrect.

Sticking to decisions shows character.
