I believe you’d agree that keeping oneself motivated to follow a fitness routine at home is one of the hardest things to do. However, I have found that the lure of new fitness gear always helps me get back on the mat. This thought led me to my first mistake of the week - a sports and fitness store. The goal was to buy a few things to make my daily workouts more comfortable. Browsing through the store, I kept getting swayed by offers and discounts and, as you might have guessed, racked up a five-digit bill. Though I knew these things would make my life easier, the cost made me curb my enthusiasm. It costs a tidy sum to get what you want. But sometimes, you have to rationalise your expectations and look for alternatives. That’s exactly what small start-ups are doing to survive the funding winter. As it’s becoming difficult for small entrepreneurs to sustain their businesses, acqui-hiring is picking up pace in India. That's all from us this week. Hope you and your wallet are safe from flashy discounts. See you on Monday!
