Once you have decided that you want to take legal action, there is a law you can base your claim on, whatever it may be, you are able to take legal action and you have identified the right defendant, you will have to prove your case and prove your innocence lawfully.
By “prove your case”, we mean that you will need to: (i) Have evidence that supports your “version of events” (i.e. what you are saying has happened); and (ii) Have a strong legal argument that shows that your version of events has involved a breach of the law. Only when you prove your case can you get a judgement in your favour and secure a remedy. This is a picture which broke my heart & I used to be boiling with rage, seeing this & realizing how crappy & baffled we human being mentally?
18 years ago today, the November 25, 2020 Wajiha Urooj, A student of Punjab University of Pakistan, filed a awfully interesting case against the university. She was declared absent in an exceedingly paper when she returned and attended it, but due to absolutely it was clearly a clerk's fault.
Wajiha visited the department together with her father to resolve the matter. A clerk present there said to his father, "Do you recognize where your daughter goes under the pretext of paper?" She failed to know what to try and do, she became a thief before of her family. She says that her mother also started observing her with strange eyes.
Wouldn't or not it's nice if the clerk only did his job? rather than giving his opinion about the rationale. He would check the attendance register or seek for it within the papers of that day. But he felt it was more important to treat Wajiha than concentrating on his own work, doltishly about what quantity this one sentence might affect Wajiha's life.
Wajiha decided to file a case against the university during which her father accompanied her. Four months after the case was registered, the university admitted its mistake and presented its resolved paper in court, but the matter was now quite a high degree. Wajiha asked the university to retort to the stain on her character. This legal battle lasted for 17 years. Last year, the court ruled in Wajiha's favor and ordered the university to pay a fine of PKR 800,000.
Wajiha carried the load of this one sentence for 17 years. She was courageous and took the bear on court but not every girl can copulate. Family honor stops them from doing that.
Wajiha's parents got her married as soon as she graduated. They were afraid that if the matter spread further, there wouldn’t be boys approaching for marriages. Wajiha wanted to try and do plenty but this one sentence failed to allow her to try to to it all. She is satisfied along with her life but there's a sigh of discomfort, worthlessness & deprivation in her heart.
