My teacher in Astrology once asked me ‘Which one is that the worst or most negative house in Jyotish?’ Though we all know every house has good and bad significations still normally we keep doing the labeling of the homes and planets.
I had very minimum knowledge and practical experience in Astrology in those days and without much thinking I said 8th house. Though Mr. Brahmachari didn’t inquire from me the reasoning behind my answer and immediately he said ‘no, Ballu confinement is that the worst thing and 12th house has it.’ I didn’t argue with him and down the road a few years I realised why 12th home is the toughest to balance.
A class one Indian Government officer reached Russia late night for a few official work. Next morning on table he picked up the Newspaper and realized everything is simply black & white for him. In those days Russia was so hardliner he was having tough time conveying himself to hotel assistants. Then he realised all his experience and knowledge was coming right down to zero.
12th is that the house of loss, just not monitory but every kind of loss – time, energy, relationship, material knowledge, every kind of asset. This is 8th from 5th house of talent, skill, knowledge etc. Now you recognize why the Indian officer felt his sense and intelligence all were stuck after reaching Russian. So once you are standing on 12th house, you're losing many things simultaneously doesn’t matter whether or not you're earning in dollars or pounds.
Most interesting part is that, once you stand on 12th house, you begin accepting with all the items you probably did disagreement throughout your life. At your own place you never care to clean your own cloths, utensils, cleaning the ground, bathroom, toilet, cooking etc. Once you allow the country and activate your 12th house, your 6th house becomes your 7th house and you're sure to trust all the items you disagreed your whole life.
From 12th house, 10th becomes your house of friend 11th - that the very first friends you create there's all associated with your work and work place. Your 4th house becomes your matter of affection 5th house; whether or not you're Gujrati, seeing a Tamil in Russia will melt your health simply because he's also from your birth land. all of your emotions and soft corners get focused on the idea of 4th house – Janmabhumi.
I have seen all male female with an excessive amount of 12th house active, have tough time spending quality time with spouse. given that they're staying in foreign land then there's a relief. With too strong 12th house it gets hard to progress in career if work has nothing associated with foreign land, import export, hospital or many movement/travel. I've got observed many such horoscopes got stuck within the matter of progress so day by day it’s just a matter of your time and energy loss for them.
Slowly such people get succumb to confinement.
