Before I response or answer this question, let me first make a correction to the question. “houses of 4500 Muslims" must be replaced with “4500 houses" in this question." Yusuf Bhandarkar, Founder CEO - Mumbai Multimedia Studio
First everything is being connected with Muslims to gain the momentum to get TRP, later when those news are shown on TV, it is said that the media only shows Hindu Muslim news all day on dirty box.
And if you want this case to be looked from religious perspective then why doesn't Waqf board make arrangements for these illegal residents? Waqf board owns third highest amount of land in India after Indian Army & Railways.
Let's now know the history of this case : The case first went to the High Court in 2013, when one Ravi Shankar Joshi filed a writ petition regarding illegal sand mining in river Gaula, which flows along the Haldwani railway station. In the course of this hearing, it was claimed that some people living near the railway line were involved in the mining.
The Railways was then made a party in the case, and the HC in 2016 asked for the land to be cleared. Residents of this land went to the Supreme Court, which in 2017 told the High Court that the residents’ side should be heard too.
In Decmeber 2022, the HC once again said the land should be cleared. Its 176-page ruling said: “Owing to the certain most reckoned political shield, which was then being provided by the then ruling party for its political gains to the unauthorised occupants, just to secure its vote bank, the State itself has filed a Review Petition, for no subsisting and valid reasons… seeking review of the judgment dated 9th November, 2016, which too was dismissed by the Division Bench vide its judgment dated 10th January, 2017…” So this case has been jumping from High Court to Supreme Court for almost 9 years. We are back to zero.
While I agree that the time given to illegal residents for shifting should have been more, 7 days is very less. It should have been at least 45–60 days, considering the winter season. However, I hate this back & forth routing of courts wherein the loop holes are being used to exploit the situation. In 9 years our courts haven't been able to decide whom this land belongs to?
I will tell you how you should get a home in Nizamuddin, Delhi or Bandra East, Sion Koliwada, Dharavi etc in Mumbai :
Make a small hut near the railway track.
Bring more people near your hut to make it a slum area. Ensure that each one of them have a voting card.
Produce as many kids as you can. Ensure that each one of the kids get voting cards as soon as they are 18.
Keep bringing more people to the slum from other states or other countries like Bangladesh.
If somebody asks you to vacate the area, go to local MLA, offer your votes to him. He will ensure that you aren't moved.
Gradually make it a big slum. Big enough to be able to afford your own lawyer.
If somebody asks you to vacate, file a case against them, fake case most of the times.
If by any change court asks you to vacate, you have a lawyer to play with the “judicial doll" for at least 15 years.
By this time you would be old & have already spent 50 years in that slum.
The land belongs to you because our kind supreme court judges will hear the human side of the aspect without understanding that they are laughed at by those who are living in those slums. Announce a verdict against them & then see the respect they have for you.
All that the nation needs is revival of our dead judicial system. Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud on Friday said no Supreme Court bench will be available from December 17 till January 1 during the ensuing winter vacations. Buddies, have you got your winter vacations or is it just the my lord whose left nose has been running due to severe cold in Delhi?
What justice will they serve when they cannot understand that all other government employees working while judges being on winter vacations is a gross injustice in itself. Especially when we have lakhs of cases pending.
Now government must ask protesters to produce their papers & those who are identified as illegal immigrants must be sent to detention centres. Their criminal records must be checked & published on a website for people to see.

PS : Those 5000 families have 50000 people in them. Average 10 persons each family. Hmmmm.
Edit : Apologies, I forgot to add one extremely important point in the list, learn the art of playing victim card. Create ruckus in entire society but when it comes to media, project yourself as a victim. Without this skill, you will be disowned by the gang.
