As a child I used to learn through questioning or thinking. I would ask questions to find answers. It was the only way I knew. It was not a great way because it only answers "I don't know, you know". I spent decades here. This is learning through the mind. It can be limiting. Because everyone knows only little.
As I grew up I started to learn by doing things. It was a practical way. It was all about action. It tries to answer "I don't know, I will try by finding out". When we try we fail often. So this works only 1% of the time.
Learning through emotions is a simple way to know more about yourself. They help us understand ourselves better. Learning through emotions can help make us strong from inside but it can be limiting too. Emotions can sway us. We can also get stuck by emotions. Most of my bad decisions came when I made them through my heart.
Learning through knowing/reflecting is also learning through insight. It is probably the most powerful Method of learning. Most answers are within us we just need to go deeper them & understand them.
Thinking is different from reflecting. Thinking may not lead to reflection or learning. It is like making a painting without colours.
True Reflection is detached. Thinking is attached.
Not Knowing the right thing can become the biggest barrier. We don't know what we don't know.
