The fact of the matter is that there is hyper competition in every area. This is what most people experience specially when then begin their journey. There enter the HYPER COMPETITION zone because they are not good enough. This is a very tough space to be. Most freshers experience this.
After we become average in what we do the competition is there but a little lesser. You may call this the TOUGH COMPETITION zone. Most people are average hence this is the most common zone everyone experiences. This is a tough space to be in.
Most folks in early career experience this.
For those who are able to compete with themselves they become better each day. As you become better each day for many years, you reach a point where competition diminishes. This is the LESS COMPETITION zone. This is after we cross our mid career. But some people may get to it in early career as well. Few people get here.
If you continue this journey of self improvement for decades you enter what is called the NO COMPETITION zone. This we reach later in our career but some people may reach it earlier. You will rarely see people here.
If you notice all of these stages depend on how fast we learn or improve & may have little to do with the world.
It also depends on the area of focus. In your area of work you tend to get better everyday.
What about you?
Are you in competition with yourself or with the world around you?
Are you improving yourself each day
