I was stuck in my career most of the time.
Sometimes it was my role, sometimes it was my future career, sometimes it was my manager, sometimes I did not know to do next, sometimes it was the company.
The easiest way I found to change things was to take action.
Taking action is not just looking for jobs because if you feel stuck now in your current job most of the time if we get into another job we will feel stuck again there as well.
First we need to understand why we are stuck & then find ways to get out.
Many times the answer is picking new skills, which does not require us to change a job.
Many times the answer lies in discovering what we love, for which we dont need to change our jobs.
Many times the answer lies in planning our careers well, for which again we dont need to change jobs.
I made this mistake of thinking that changing jobs is an answer to all problems.
