Fooling your mind & playing mind games is probably a way that many intelligent people use. But the mind is smarter and it can fool us more than we can fool the mind. I enjoyed playing mind games but my mind was smarter than me.
Auto suggestion is a great way to program your mind. Being hard on yourself is another way. But these methods cannot help you achieve miracles. They are limiting as well. Being hard on yourself can make you dependent. This helped me achieve my goals initially.
Mindfulness is probably one of the best ways to live in the moment & control your mind. When the mind does not wander to the past or future then you can create amazing things in the moment. This helps the mind to become creative & spontaneous.
Visualisation is another powerful way. When you start assuming you have it you start behaving that way. Things start coming to you rather than you running after them. This helped me achieve all my goals.
Writing down your thoughts for 7 days can help you clear your mind. When you empty the mind good things can enter.
Meditation is a great way to control your mind. Observing your mind can help you become aware of yourself & then you can improve yourself.
