I struggled with controlling my mind till I found several ways to control it.
You can control your mind by fooling it. Keeping busy is one simple way. But you can also fool your mind by rewarding yourself for the way you want it to behave.
You can program your mind by following NLP (neuro linguistic programming). You can remove bad memories & negativity in your life. You can also use your subconscious mind to achieve anything. Putting the problem to universe before your sleep can help solve the problem. Having faith is the key.
You can also program your mind by self talk. When you tell yourself something everyday the mind starts to believe it is true. Positivist is another way to program your mind. Keeping company of positive people helps a lot.
You can program your mind by focusing on actions not results. Moving from thinking to doing is a simple way.
