Whenever problems came in my life my first response was to avoid & run away from them. Sometimes I got desperate & broke down. I was weak inside, lacked character hence I was unable to face them.
Whenever I asked for help it did not work so I stopped asking rather started to try my own ways to deal with the problems.
Fighting a situation is ok as a temporary solution but since I was not strong enough inside after sometime I gave up.
Then one day I decided to stay with my problems & evolve from it. Initially it was tough but the discomfort started to change me. As I changed inside the problem started to go away.
