Relationship issues & childhood issues can impact our mental health deeply. This is something we may be unaware. Physical & mental abuse could also impact your mental health.
Expectations from self, money & unfulfilled dreams can also impact mental health. We all want more from life & when we don't get it we don't feel good about selves.
Many times comparisons & what people say can also cause mental health issues.
When we don't feel good inside it starts to play with our mind. This leads to mental health issues. Now there could be a mental illness which may not be caused by these as well.
I went through 3 bouts of clinical depression. They were caused by a combination of all these factors. Many times I was not even aware of them. Many times I did not even know that I was going through clinical depression.
