I spend at least 5 hours first thing in the morning with myself. This time is spent in writing, meditating & self reflection. I also plan & prepare for my day during this time. This is the most beautiful part of my day.
I am slowly trying to increase it. The ideal scenario would be if I could spend 8 hrs of my day doing this. It would make me more effective at work. Rising up early in the morning is the easiest way to get more time to spend with yourself.
