As a child I used to have positive thoughts most of the time. As I grew up as a student I had both positive and negative thoughts. I started to think more.
As I started to work I started to have negative thoughts most of the time. I was thinking too much. It started to become a bad habit. I slowly realised my mental health was getting impacted due to overthinking.
I went through bouts of depression due to overthinking.
After suffering from overthinking for decades I decided to change this. I started to write down my thoughts.
After I started to write my thinking reduced. I would write down all the negative thoughts. This helped me clear my head.
Writing helped me get into a blank state. Thoughts did not bother me anymore.
Now I have no thoughts most of the time. It is an amazing state to be in.
