All these fears troubled me from moving ahead in my life.
I am not good enough came from my own insecurities. If you lack self confidence you start feeling this.
What if I fail comes from past failures & fears. We remember what we want to forget.
FOMO is coming from greed to do better than others.
Fear of losing loved ones is a fear that comes from fear of loss. It also comes from when we think negative.
All fears are not real in-fact only a few come true.
