1. Talking too much 2. Thinking too much 3. Procrastinating too much 4. Fearing too much
I had all these bad habits.
Talking too much came from not being heard enough during childhood. It came from deep insecurities.
Thinking too much came from not being able to disconnect from things. I was unable to observe self. I was not able to control my mind.
Procrastinating too much came from laziness. Sometimes it was also since I did not consider those things as important. It was the easy way to avoid or postpone.
Fearing too much came from childhood fears of failing. I was attached to results. I was not attached to actions or efforts. I wanted to succeed badly. Hence I never got it.
All of these stopped me from achieving my dreams.
