At the moment I am struggling with physical pain. It teaches us how to bear. It also builds empathy for self & others. It teaches us gratefulness.
Controlling how much we talk & eat can become a challenge for many. We talk more when we want to be heard. We eat more to compensate & feel comfort. I have struggled with both for the same reasons.
Controlling our mind is the toughest of them all. Overthinking is a disease. I have been stuck here as well for decades.
Our actions determine our future. Controlling them can be challenging at times. Procrastination is just the opposite of taking action.
