When I was a child I had no past, and never knew there was a future hence I lived in the present moment & enjoyed it. When I started to work I was worried about the future worries/fears. I was concerned that my future may not be good. By my late career I was thinking about my past failures.
I also used to think about my problems in my life.
Over all these years I realized that the reason behind my problems was the fact that I was not living in the present. The biggest challenge for me was moving from thinking to doing. When I crossed this hurdle my life changed completely.
