1. Less than 30%
2. 30-50%
3. 50-100%
4. More than 100%
The maximum salary hike I got is 80% but that was early in my career mainly because I was on a very low salary. The salary hikes I got later in my career were less than 40%.
There were also a few times when I got no salary hikes & at times took a pay-cut.
But strangely salary hikes do not improve your skill. They only help improve your perceived value. They also make you more unemployable:)
