When I went to college I started to worry about my future. I also started to think about my dreams & goals. This burdened me. I also began to fail more because of overthinking. I went into mental depression.
After I started to work I started to think about the mistakes I made. I was worried about my future. When things did not work out I went into mental depression again. I was overthinking.
The overthinking about the past only increased with time. I also worried about the future. I felt stuck.
Soon I realised that life is in the present.
As I started to think only about the present day my life became simpler I started to do better achieving everyday.
