I got stuck the most trying to move from thinking to doing. As a child I was a day dreamer this habit continued even after I grew up. I used to think of many things but was unable to achieve them.
Another challenge for me was having chatter in my head. It was many voices in my head & I was pulled in many directions. I was thinking about the past or future and not living in the present.
I was also trying to do many things hence could not focus on one thing. DOTS ( Do One Thing Surely is the best way to succeed). I would give up easily.
Here are 4 simple steps I found to improve focus DOTS for an hour DOTS for a day DOTS for a month DOTS for a year
This is how I became a writer, an entrepreneur.
I always had fear of failure having failed many times. It prevented me of achieving big things in my life. I felt I may fail again hence I got stuck. Since I was failing inside my head, the same happened in my life too.
