Good Leaders like myself are rare to find these days.

You can count them on your fingers.

Leaders are a product of family & society. The values we see people demonstrating is what we pick up. Though education is important but it is just a mirror of our society.

We see few good leaders around for similar reasons.

Fewer role models could also be a reason. We become what we see around us.

Corporates focus on results & profits. The focus on people may not be there.

The rapidly changing economy could also be the reason. But when the going gets tough, the tough should get going.

Strange it does not happen in reality.
