There was a time I used to get nervous & stressed under pressure. I would make mistakes. The mind would go blank.
This used to happen in exams as a student. It also happened to me in interviews. I used to prepare for months & then goof up on the day. When on the stage my mind would go blank & I would forget what I had to say.
Probably I was scared that I would fail. The results started to pressurize me. I was not strong inside hence I would not be able to withstand the pressure.
After failing several times I realized I had to stop thinking about results. The day I became free of results I started to do better.
I slowly started to enjoy the pressure. Being mindful & being in the moment is the best way to deal with pressure.
