In my early career I took jobs that helped me learn new skills. I also learned from people around me. I also studied further.
In my mid career I took certifications/courses/training programs.
By late career I took up volunteering, internships & initiatives to pick new skills. I also started my own startup.
The best learning I got was from starting my own startup. It was learning many things at the same time.
