1. Don’t have money to repay loans 2. Will have to sell assets to repay loans 3. Will have no money left after repaying loans 4. Will have little money left after repaying loans
When I was in my early career it was a struggle to even pay the EMI’s. It was impossible to pay off the loans.
By mid career the value of the assets increased so I could repay loans by selling off assets.
It was only in my late career that I could repay my loans & become debt free. This is probably the single most factor that is responsible for most people to pursue their dreams.
