I never knew how to build my personal brand. When I started helping people I never knew it will help me build my personal brand.
I always thought good intent is important but I never knew good impact is even more important.
A common mistake many people make is either underselling or overselling. Both are not good when you are trying to build your personal brand.
The most important is the effort to be spent to build your personal brand. It is a full time job if you want to do a good job. It takes a few years to build your personal brand.
